But before you continue, let’s have a look at our Visitor Agreement and go over our Privacy Policies, Legal Information, Terms and conditions and some rules of this site. Please keep in mind that by your continued usage of this App, you are hereby agreeing that you have read the Visitor Agreement of the site and have by default have accepted the same. 1.Keeping Things Clear

The name of the site ‘ViraLogs’ is not meant to insinuate any bad or ill-feeling towards anyone, anything or anyplace. ViraLogs is a mere platform meant for people to express their thoughts, opinions and feelings about people or instances in their life. Users can nominate, invite others, vote, comment and withdraw as per their preferences. There will be two types of polling- private and public. When nominating under a private poll, only the nominator and the select list of people invited by the nominator can view the poll, comment, vote and withdraw as per their choices. When someone nominates under the public poll, anyone can vote and comment. Thereby letting anyone see the progress and the result of the poll. You can invite friends by simply sending out invites to their respective phone numbers and if the friend is interested, he/she can accept and participate in the poll. Voters have the option of hiding their identity when voting or commenting on the nominations to protect their interests

The ViraLogs site is a mere platform providing the people an opportunity to share their opinions and thoughts about a topic or person and is in no way to be held responsible for any of its content, the nominations being made, any resulting effect arising from any such nominations/material on its site and the actions of its users in anyway. ViraLogs is just a platform and will not be held unaccountable for the way it’s used.

2. User Obligations

Please know that we as an App are constantly evolving and growing, which also means that we will be constantly changing our Visitor Agreement as and when the need calls for it. When you continue to use the site after every Visitor Agreement modification, you are by default obliging the changes and have accepted the upgraded Agreement.

When you use this App or any other App for that matter, please do so with proper sense and good judgement. The primary objective behind ViraLogs is to provide a unique platform from people everywhere to have fun with some much need stress busting means in the most entertaining way possible. The main mission behind this Visitor Agreement is to ensure that there are no complication what so ever for any of the parties involved, there in making the whole user experience a safe and fun-filled one. We encourage our users to step up and speak out against any inaccurate, inappropriate or offensive material on our App. Kindly report the matter to us using the contact details provided on the app. This app and all its contents are to be used for strictly entertainment purposes only. As a app we encourage our users to be mindful of how they are using the app and the impact yielded by their actions. As a app, we will constantly strive to ensure that all content are appropriate on our site, but there might be times when mistakes appear on our behalf too. Which is why we encourage all our users to use our app or any other app with better judgement. Should you notice that any content on this app be in direct violation of the after mentions rules, we humbly request you bring to our notice the same.

2. Registration Rules, Submissions & Messages-

Registration- In order to receive access to certain facilities on our ViraLogs App, it’s mandatory for you to register on our app. And to complete registration procedures, you will be required to choose a password of your choice. Which you will need to use to access certain services on our app from there on. When submitting information during the registration, you are inevidently declaring that all information provided by you is accurate and legally correct. And also, you agreed that you are not registering using the name of another person or will use the name of another person to access our services or any of our other apps. The registered user will be held responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and that no one will use it to access our services or any of our apps and perform any sort of action using your account without your prior consent. In case of scenarios where in you suspect the misuse of your password or account, kindly notify the App's admin at the earliest.
With Respect To Submissions & Messages-By registering on to our app, you are citing yourself responsible for everything you post on the site, through group discussions or on the public forms available on our App. You are encouraged to exercise foresight about the consequences of the message being posted by you. You also agree that you will in no way use our app to encourage or submit information or materials-
a. That are misleading, false or inaccurate in their content;

b. That cause the direct or indirect violation of any third part’s copyright, patent, trademark, secret of trade, privacy, publicity rights or any sort of proprietary rights;

c. That violate any law, ordinance, statue or regulation(inclusive of export control governance, consumer rights protection, anti-discrimination, false advertising as well as unfair competition);

e. That are in any way in support of or exhibit obscene content or pornography;

f. That contain any sort of viral threat such as worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, viruses or any other computer program that are prepared with the intent of causing harm by directly or indirectly interfering with the functioning of the app or extracting any sort of personnel information available on the app;

g. That might hinder our services available on the app or those services being provided by the internet or that of any of our suppliers;

h. h. That will damage the overall experience being provided by our app;

i. That acts as medium for impersonation of other party or personal, real or otherwise, inclusive of any impersonation as a direct or indirect entity of ViraLogs;

j. That act as a directly or indirectly midway or as link to the descriptions of goods or services that: (i) are prohibited under this Agreement; or (ii) you do not have a right to access or exhibit;

k. That act as a catalyst to commit any sort of illegal actions or cause harm or damage to property or person;

l. That act as violation of any sort of legal agreement or relationship such as a Non-Disclosure Agreement;

We as a app, take a passive stand when it comes to ensuring and cross checking the content and materials being submitted by the users. As it is impossible to review every submission being made through the app or in the site by a user. Because of which we neither directly or indirectly, endorse or guarantee the validity, accuracy or standards of such submissions. But we do preserve the right to prohibit your access to our services and site as well as block you from further performing any kind of further violations of this Visitor Agreement by removing, editing, or relocating any submission as we see fit, whether for legal or other reasons. Commercial exploitation of any kind of personnel information available is strictly prohibited. Any such actions are in direct violations of the Visitor Agreement. Your usage of this website is strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Unless you have obtained prior consent of the management. ViraLogs is strictly meant as an entertainment platform and will not be held responsible for the actions of its users, the effect of such actions or any other third party.

You acknowledge that by using this site, that-
1. We reserve the right to all content and information that is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights ("Rights") and;

2. This Visitor Agreement and applicable copyright, trademark and other laws govern your use of such content.

Our Limited License To You-
You are free to put on view and print for your personal, non-commercial use information you get via our site. You may not reproduce, make distribution, or otherwise use any of the materials without the obtaining written poof of consent by the rights owner beforehand. It falls upon your better judgement to determine whether a particular content available on our site is protected or not protected by Rights, lies within you.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OUR APP TO BE WITHOUT MISTAKES, SECURED, AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, WHICH MIGHT RESULT IN HARM TO USERS OR OTHERS. UNDER NO SITUATION, SCENARIO, CIRCUMSTANCES OR CONDITIONS WILL ViraLogs, ITS ACCOMPLICES, PARTNERS OR ANY OF ITS SUBSTANCES/ENTITIES BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIBLE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OR IN ANY ROUNDABOUT WAY FOR THAT MATTER, TOWARDS YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON, WILL BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF HARM OR DAMAGE THAT MAY BE BROUGHT ABOUT BY GETTING TO OUR APP AND ITS SERVICES IN ANY PLACE, ANYWHERE AROUND THE WORLD AT ANYTIME. 6. Discontinuance, Modification & Restrictions

We may cease, make changes, suspend, or limit access to any of our App or any bit of our App at any occurrence of time without being obliged to you or any third party in any way.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and your utilization of the App shall be governed under all circumstances and understood as per the laws of India and shall be responsible to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in India.
